About Macaron Day

Macaron Day is a chance for macaron lovers to taste delectable French macarons from various bakeries while also supporting local charities in Cincinnati and Indianapolis. The Macaron Day tradition was established in 2005 in Paris as a partnership among local macaron patisseries to celebrate the French macaron and give back to local charities.

Just mention Macaron Day at any of the participating bakeries and you'll receive a complimentary macaron with purchase (while supplies last). Remember, every purchase supports a local nonprofit in your city!

Be sure to block several hours and see how many bakeries you can visit in a single day! In 2020, there will be 10 participating bakeries in Cincinnati and 5 in Indianapolis.
